Products
Modern World Entertainment may discontinue any product at any time without notice. The product prices displayed on this Site do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes (MD only), which will be added to your total price. Except for the $2.00 added to the free poster bundle price to cover the separate tube packaging to protect the poster from damage.

Orders
Orders are not binding upon Modern World Entertainment until accepted. Modern World Entertainment reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Payment
All prices and shipping/handling charges are in US dollars. Payments are made at check out using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards and paid in US dollars. The charge is processed and applied at the time of check out.

*Free Poster Offer
Free poster with purchase of either the World of Illusion DVD or CD. A shipping charge of $2.00 is added to the free poster bundle price to cover the separate tube packaging to protect the poster from damage.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders placed with a MD address.

Returns
All sales are final. No returns for refund will be excepted. Returns are excepted if the items were damaged in shipping or defective and will be replaced if reported with in 10 days of sale and returned in accordance with the following policy. To return damaged or defective items an RMA# must be obtained by email at returns@modernworldentertainment.com. Please provide the order#, name, address and phone from your purchase. An RMA# can only be requested within 10 days of purchase.

Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders and are based on USPS rates and applied at check out. International orders will shipping and handling charges will also be based on USPS rates and will be provided at check out. Orders will be shipped by the most economical method. Faster shipping options will be provided for additional cost at check out.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days and will take between 1-10 days to arrive depending on shipping method selected.

We are currently shipping to US and Canada only, but will soon offer sales to Europe and other countries.
